About the Role

We are looking for an **Outreach Coordinator & Trainer** who will coordinate with schools and colleges and deliver engaging study-skill sessions to students across Gujarat.

You will be the face of our initiative — it’s about **meeting principals, coordinating, and delivering inspiring sessions for the students**. At times, you will also conduct **student development sessions within our own college**.

**Responsibilities**:

- Visit schools and diploma colleges, meet principals/owners, and secure permissions for student sessions.
- Coordinate with teachers and staff for smooth scheduling and logistics.
- Conduct interactive sessions for students on various topics.
- Deliver occasional sessions for students at our own college.
- Maintain follow-ups with schools/colleges via calls and WhatsApp.
- Collect feedback and suggest improvements to enhance future sessions.
- Represent our college brand in a professional, inspiring, and student-friendly manner.

What We’re Looking For
- Excellent communication skills in Gujarati + Hindi/English.
- Confidence in public speaking and engaging with students.
- Strong interpersonal skills for interacting with principals, teachers, and students.
- Organized and reliable, with the ability to manage multiple sessions and travel within Gujarat.
- Interest in education and youth development.
- No prior experience required - full training will be provided.
- Fresh graduates or final-year students passionate about public speaking are encouraged to apply.
