**Job Title: Product Manager - Modular Kitchen Solutions**

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead end-to-end **product lifecycle** from concept to launch for modular kitchen solutions.
- Work closely with **design, engineering, sales, and marketing** teams to ensure product excellence.
- Conduct in-depth **market research**, competitor benchmarking, and customer interviews to identify trends and opportunities.
- Define **product strategy, roadmap, and specifications** based on user needs and market insights.
- Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure **material quality, cost efficiency**, and innovation.
- Monitor product performance, gather feedback, and continuously improve offerings.
- Ensure compliance with **industry standards**, ergonomics, safety, and sustainability regulations.
- Support sales & business development teams with **technical product knowledge** and training.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Familiarity with brands like **Häfele, Hettich, Blum**, etc.
- Exposure to **D2C platforms, interior tech, or smart kitchen products**.
- Data-driven decision-making and a proactive innovation mindset.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹13,572.10 - ₹39,761.23 per month
