**Position Overview**:
We are seeking motivated and dynamic Field Sales Executives to join our team on a commission-only basis. This role is perfect for individuals looking for a flexible, freelance opportunity to earn a side income. There are no targets, no fixed salary, and no mandatory attendance or login times.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Promote and sell GoldSikka investment app to potential customers.
- Educate customers on the benefits of investing in gold through our app on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis.
- Assist customers in understanding the investment process and the benefits of holding their investment for one year to withdraw physical gold.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the investment process.
