Executive - Field Sales

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Develop sales and marketing strategies for your region
- Lead sales activities in the field in order to achieve the annual sales targets and grow market share
- Recover all dues from a consignee / sundry debtor of your assigned territory, within the stipulated time frame
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
- Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
- Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
- Create frequent reviews and reports with sales
**Qualifications and Skills**
- 0-2 years of minimum sales experience
- Minimum Qualification: Bachelor's
- Excellent written and verbal language skills in English
- Good negotiation and communication skills are a must
- Self-motivated, independent and confident
- Willingness to travel extensively
- Must have own conveyance (Minimum requirement: a two-wheeler)
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
