**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Patient Registration and Documentation**:
- Register incoming patients promptly and accurately in the hospital’s management system.
- Maintain and update patient records as per hospital protocols.
- Collect and verify patient details, insurance, or payment information.
- **Patient Care and Support**:
- Greet and guide patients to the appropriate consultation rooms or waiting areas.
- Address patient inquiries, concerns, and complaints with professionalism.
- Provide emotional support and reassurance, especially in emergencies.
- **Medical Assistance**:
- Assist doctors and nursing staff during examinations or minor procedures.
- Prepare and maintain examination rooms, ensuring cleanliness and readiness.
- Administer basic first aid under supervision, if required.
- **Coordination and Communication**:
- Coordinate between patients, doctors, nurses, and other departments (e.g., pharmacy, laboratory, radiology).
- Relay critical information to the night duty doctor or emergency team promptly.
- **Safety and Compliance**:
- Monitor patient flow and waiting times, ensuring adherence to operational safety protocols.
- Ensure infection control measures, like proper sanitization, are strictly followed.
- Report any irregularities, security concerns, or incidents to the appropriate authority.
- **Administrative Duties**:
- Handle appointment scheduling and cancellations for night operations.
- Prepare end-of-shift reports detailing patient visits, incidents, and other relevant data.
- Maintain stock of medical and office supplies for night operations.
- **Emergency Response**:
- Act swiftly during emergencies to provide support and ensure timely escalation to the emergency team or senior staff.
- Assist in transporting patients to emergency or inpatient facilities if needed.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent. Certification in basic healthcare or medical assistance is a plus.
- **Experience**: Previous experience in healthcare or OPD operations preferred.
- **Skills**:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle stressful situations with calmness and professionalism.
- Basic computer proficiency for managing patient records.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and first aid is advantageous.
- Multitasking and organizational abilities.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
