**HIRING FOR BILLING EXECUTIVE**

**Minimum - 2yrs Exp (LOGISTICS)**

Job description

1. Taking all pending bill register for submission from the software for checking.

2. In case any bills are not received by submission staff from Billing team, he/she should inform to billing team and collect the hard copy.

3. Bills to be submitted to customer as per the SOP only, in case any issues (Such as POD mismatch, bond agreement making, generate soft copy), escalate to HOD immediately.

4. Taking printing bill copy from software (Using authorized digital sign) for submission purpose to Customer.

5. Prepare Courier for the bills to be submitted to customer.

6. Mails to be sent to customer for bills which is sent by courier and take confirmation of submission from customer within 72hrs (3 Days).

7. Follow up with Customer/Client till received the courier.

8. Bill Submission data with courier docket number need to be uploaded in the software within 24hrs.

9. Proper delivery date needs to be again updated in software once the bill is received by the customer i.e., delivery date and finally bill submission scan copy need to be uploaded in software.

10. Any other activities assigned by the Management/HOD from time to time has to be performed without any delay and question.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
