**Compensation**:

- The roleWhat you will do:
a) Assist in developing annual Result Based Monitoring framework for developmental interventions
in the organization
b) Support Internal programme audit function in preparing customized outcomes in measuring results.
c) Provide feedback to program teams on projects’ performance based on monitoring data findings
d) Conduct the baseline, midterm & end line studies to measure the outcome / impact of the
developmental interventions.
f) Provide support to the Program teams in ensuring periodic renewals of regulatory compliance/
license/etc.
g) Respond to inquiries form a variety of internal and external parties for the purpose of providing
information, facilitation communication among parties and /or providing directions

g) Recognize that large scale social transformation is slow and requires persistence and self-belief.
