**Job Summary**:
We are hiring a dedicated and empathetic **Customer Service Executive** for our **Healthcare Voice Process**. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls to assist patients and customers with appointment scheduling, medical queries, insurance support, and general healthcare service inquiries. A customer-first approach and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality are key for this role.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally to assist patients/customers with healthcare-related queries.
- Provide information about services, appointments, insurance coverage, and billing.
- Schedule, reschedule, and cancel patient appointments accurately.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of healthcare products, services, and insurance guidelines.
- Document all call information according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Handle customer complaints empathetically and escalate issues when required.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA or applicable healthcare regulations and confidentiality standards.

**Requirements**:

- Any Graduate fresher can apply
- Minimum 6 months to 2 years of experience in a voice-based customer service role (preferably healthcare).
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi
- Ability to manage stress in a fast-paced environment.
- Good listening skills and strong problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
