A freight broker acts as a middleman between shippers and carriers, facilitating the transportation of goods and coordinating logistics operations. They are responsible for connecting shippers with suitable carriers to ensure the efficient and timely movement of freight.

Customer Acquisition:
.Identify and acquire new customers, including shippers and manufacturers, through various marketing strategies and networking.

.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their transportation needs and provide suitable freight solutions.

.Collaborate with clients to gather information about their cargo, pickup/delivery locations, and any specific requirements.

Freight Management:
.Coordinate and manage the movement of freight, including scheduling pickups, deliveries, and transit times.

.Track and monitor shipments to ensure they are progressing according to schedule, and proactively communicate any delays or issues to clients.

.Collaborate with carriers and internal teams to resolve logistics problems, such as rerouting shipments or addressing customs clearance requirements.

Qualifications:
.Bachelor's degree

.Strong knowledge of transportation modes, regulations, and industry practices.

.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

.Proficient in using transportation management systems (TMS) and related software.

.Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.

.Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

**Salary**: ₹28,950.45 - ₹154,207.51 per year
