- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or related field.
- A minimum of 5-7 years of successful support and/or implementation of SAP functionality in the areas of PP (Production Planning), QM (Quality Management), and its integration with other SAP Modules.
- Must have experience in writing functional specifications for WRICEF.
- Knowledge of some of the additional functions like MRP, XSteps, PPDS will be preferred.
- Knowledge of S/4 Hana and Fiori apps experience preferred.
- Experience with integration to MES/Engineering systems and Data Integration Design is a plus.
- Understanding of system integrations, interfaces, ALE, IDOCs.
- Familiarity with Solman and CHARM process as well as management of incidents and requirements in ServiceNow.
- Additional expertise preferred but not required in SAP: MM/WM
- Ability to articulate and present different points-of-views on various technologies.
- Time management skills are a must; as well as the ability to be flexible and creative.
- Business process analysis and redesign experience: strong business analysis skills; process mapping; business process redesign and implementation
- Developing functional specifications
- Prior experience working for Consumer Goods companies with GMP regulatory exposure a plus.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide expertise in collaboration and partnership with the business.
- Anticipate customer challenges and proposes solutions.
- Actively contribute to the development of business process flows, functional specifications and test cases.
- Collaborate with representatives of other IT/ functional areas to ensure end-to-end process integration and consistency.
- Interface with vendors to understand whether vendor products will meet business requirements.
- Maintain up-to-date awareness of the current and future direction of the industry and associated technologies, and, where appropriate, make recommendations for implementation of new/upgraded systems and technologies.
- Develop business relationships and integrate activities with other IT areas to ensure successful implementation of IT projects
- Complete requirements identification and fit-gap analysis.
- Develop and/or approve team’s functional specifications.
