**Qualification**: Any Graduation, Diploma holders with Medical domain experience **Experience** : 1-2 Years **Role & Responsibilities** 1. Maintaining upcoming events calendar. 2. Coordination with the client and internal stake holders for end-to-end coordination of the events 4. Ensuring that the website is up to date with all upcoming events information. 6. Coordinating for the trials for each event 7. Managing post-event tasks - Working on post event report for the client such as Viewers' list and enquiries 8. Sharing post-event mail campaign with the participants 9. Coordinating with the accounts team for getting the invoice prepared for the event and sharing with the client, and following up till the payment is received. 10. Managing monthly newsletter for events 11. Handling market research/ inside sales roles when there are no events" **Requirements**: Should be ready to work at odd working hours, on public holidays, and over the weekends (comp-off can be offered on weekdays in case of the weekend working). Should be self-motivated and willing to learn new things. Should be proactive in reporting, and well versed in documentation Should have an eye for detail. Should be ready to take ownership and see to it that tasks are completed in a timely manner without supervision or follow-ups.
