**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Should have good experience on support/implementation projects.
- Should be able to work on complex configuration requirements independently.
- Experience on Support Incidents/Change requests process
- Description for SAP Success factors Senior Consultant Mandatory Certification: SAP Successfactors Recruiting (Recruiter experience)
- Work independently as part of multi-cultural teams delivering SuccessFactors solutions to the customers.
- Work with the customers to understand their requirements and provide them the right solutions.
- Conducting requirement gathering workshops & Trainings
- Prepare Application specific solution documents (Workbooks, UAT document & user manuals)
- Thorough Knowledge and understanding of Recruiting, recruiting posting and recruiting marketing.
- Manage issues/ changes with career site builder.
- Understanding RCM integration with ONB1.0/2.0 and employee central.
- Knowledge of Recruiting dashboard & reporting
- Good understanding of XML to design templates and work with other features.
- Aware of SF Recruiting integration with job boards, agencies and other marketing platforms
- Actively performing knowledge transfer to client team members.
- Analysis, documentation, and presentation of new release features to client

**Salary**: ₹2,500,000.00 - ₹3,200,000.00 per year
