Role & Responsibilities

As a Digital Marketing Intern, you will be actively involved in marketing strategies to boost sales and engagement for Tucsi’s courses, t-shirts, and other website activities. Your key responsibilities will include:
1. Social Media & Content Marketing

Manage Tucsi’s social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter).

Create and post engaging content related to courses, t-shirt sales, and community initiatives.

Develop creative campaigns to promote bulk t-shirt orders and attract institutional buyers.

Interact with followers and respond to inquiries.

2. Website & SEO Optimization

Optimize website content to improve search engine ranking for courses, t-shirts, and services.

Assist in keyword research and implement SEO best practices.

Track and analyze website traffic to enhance user engagement.

3. Paid Advertising & Sales Growth

Set up and manage Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads to drive conversions.

Create targeted ad campaigns for bulk t-shirt buyers (businesses, NGOs, and educational institutions).

Monitor ad performance and optimize based on analytics.

Run WhatsApp marketing campaigns for bulk t-shirt orders and community engagement.

5. Market Research & Business Development Support

Research potential bulk t-shirt buyers (schools, colleges, corporates, NGOs).

Identify key trends and recommend innovative marketing strategies.

Assist in forming strategic partnerships with educational institutions for course enrollments.

6. Performance Tracking & Reporting

Use Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and other tools to measure marketing effectiveness.

Provide weekly reports on website traffic, social media engagement, and sales conversions.

Skills & Qualifications

Pursuing or completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

Knowledge of SEO, content creation, and Google Ads (preferred but not mandatory).

Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe, or similar tools) are a plus.

Excellent communication and analytical skills.

Self-motivated and eager to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
