**Requirement**:

- Should own Two wheeler (Compulsory)
- Should be comfortable to visit the site in the night also.
- Should have good and positive attitude.
- Should possess leadership qualities.
- Should be comfortable in traveling pan India.

**Job Requirements**
- Minimum Five years’ experience with highly reputed Facility Management Company / Hotel Industry.
- Should be multi-tasking, and have deep knowledge about Housekeeping, Marble Polishing, Façade / Glass cleaning etc.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- To look after the operations of every site.
- **To arrange manpower.**:

- To train, groom, motivate and evaluate the performance of the employees.
- To lead, guide, direct and develop the team members.
- To maintain daily attendance of all employees & submit the same to the HR Department
- To watch manpower and materials costing of every site.
- To inspect all the areas and ensure the highest cleaning standards are met
- To ensure the organization’s policies and procedures are followed.
- To make the arrangement of manpower and equipment for one time cleaning.
- To monitor daily job performance of employees.
- To maintain inventory of material and uniform of every site.
- To get feedback from the clients about the quality of our services.
- To find out root cause of the problems that arise within the site
- To attend management meetings.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

- Day shift
- Flexible shift
- Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Chhattarpur, Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (required)
