**Responsibilties**:

- Develop long-standing & strategic relationships with the partners
- Manage relationships with all the relevant companies to build, nurture and grow our engagement.
- Coming up with new techniques to generate new leads.
- Update and maintain customer database.
- Discuss new business strategies with the management and implement them.
- Daily weekly and monthly reporting.
- Update on leads and difficulties faced to be shared with the management.
- Expense reports and expense forecast to be shared along with supporting documents.
- Conduct market competitive analysis and update the management.
- Create Weekly/Monthly reports and monitor performance,
- Work with the FPO’s and individual producers and bring them on our platform to sell their Agro products for building inclusive sales and delivery mechanism for farmers.

**Qualifications**:

- Must have a flair for sales
- Strong Organisational & Multi-Tasking skills
- Must be comfortable working with excel and ERP software.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- total work: 4 years (preferred)
