Work closely with the Project Manager to coordinate construction workers, subcontractors and vendors.Review the work progress and quality on a daily basis.Accept deliveries and inspect materials at project sites on a timely basis by the most effective, efficient means.Document and resolve issues.Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to job status.Plan ahead to prevent problems and resolve any emerging ones.Respond to work delays and emergencies. Analyze and mitigate risks.Complete QC inspection and documentation on-site accurately.Ensure that projects are constructed safely and to high quality standard.Participate in on-site meetings with clients, contractors, utility and other stakeholders.Responsible for all safety aspects at the site.Responsible for data collection, work order processing, and summary reports.Responsible for providing general supervision & development of all employees at the site.Use technical knowledge and experience to optimize site performance.Determine daily schedules and assignments for work activities, including execution.Manage on site technicians, including contractors.Monitor tool and part inventories.Determine and manage maintenance schedules.Communicate daily activities to the customer through daily, weekly, monthly reports.Conduct themselves in a professional manner.Provides guidance, training and direction to subordinates, including setting site and individual goals, and performance standards.Create and complete Service Orders and Purchase Requisitions.Act in the long-term interest of the customer & organization.

**Qualification**:ITI/ Diploma in ElectricalMin 3-5 years’ experience in execution of Solar rooftop and Ground Mounted projectsBasic computer experience required, creating spreadsheets and reports using Microsoft Software Programs.Ability to read and understand engineering drawings.Fluency in English, Hindi and Marathi preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
