Job Summary

We are seeking a highly capable Solar Project Manager to lead end-to-end execution of solar EPC projects. The role requires strong leadership, project management skills, and the ability to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple solar projects (100 kW – multi-MW scale) from planning to commissioning.
  • Develop project schedules, allocate resources, and monitor execution.
  • Lead site teams including engineers, supervisors, and contractors.
  • Ensure compliance with technical specifications, safety, and statutory regulations.
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, DISCOMs, and authorities for approvals and inspections.
  • Control project costs, track budgets, and prepare progress reports.
  • Ensure timely procurement and vendor management.
  • Conduct quality checks, safety audits, and risk assessments.
  • Handle project documentation, MIS reporting, and project closure.
  • Mentor and guide junior engineers and site staff.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, or Renewable Energy Engineering.
  • 5–10 years of experience in solar EPC project execution, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of solar PV technology, grid integration, and DISCOM approval processes.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project/Primavera), PVSyst, AutoCAD, and MS Office.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and client-handling skills.
  • Willingness to travel extensively.
