Job Summary:
The Housekeeping Guest Service Associate (GSA) plays a crucial role in ensuring the cleanliness, orderliness, and overall guest satisfaction within the hotel. The GSA is responsible for cleaning guest rooms, replenishing amenities, and maintaining common areas to the highest standards. This position requires a keen eye for detail, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work efficiently and independently.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Room Cleaning and Maintenance**:

- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and mopping floors.
- Replenish room supplies such as towels, toiletries, and minibar items.
- Ensure all appliances and fixtures in guest rooms are in working order.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the Housekeeping Manager.
- **Guest Interaction**:

- Greet guests warmly and respond promptly to their requests.
- Provide information and assistance to guests as needed.
- Address and resolve guest complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
- **Common Area Upkeep**:

- Maintain cleanliness of common areas, including lobbies, hallways, and restrooms.
- Ensure public areas are well-stocked with necessary supplies.
- **Inventory and Stock Management**:

- Monitor and report inventory levels of cleaning supplies and guest amenities.
- Assist in the ordering and restocking of housekeeping supplies.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Work collaboratively with other housekeeping staff and hotel departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
- **Adherence to Policies**:

- Follow all health and safety regulations.
- Adhere to the hotel's policies and procedures, including those relating to privacy and security.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous housekeeping experience in a hotel or similar environment is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift, bend, and move heavy objects as required.

Working Conditions:
