**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Clean and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas as per hotel standards.
- Change bed linens, replace towels, and restock guest room supplies.
- Vacuum, mop, dust, and polish furniture and fixtures.
- Ensure all areas are free of trash and debris.
- Report any maintenance issues or damages to the supervisor.
- Handle guest requests and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Follow all safety and sanitation protocols.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and inform the supervisor of any shortages.
- Assist in deep cleaning tasks and special projects as required.
- Ensure compliance with the hotel’s eco-friendly practices and sustainability initiatives.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Physical stamina to perform tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
