Roles and Responsibility
- Manage and supervise housekeeping staff to ensure high standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules and procedures to maintain a clean environment.
- Inspect guest rooms and public areas regularly to identify and address any issues or concerns.
- Coordinate with other departments, such as front office and maintenance, to ensure seamless operations.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, supplies, and staff performance.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in housekeeping management within the hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership and communication skills are essential for managing and motivating staff.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of cleaning protocols and procedures is required to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
- Familiarity with hotel management systems and software is an advantage.
- Excellent problem-solving skills are needed to address guest complaints and concerns.
