**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist customers visiting the showroom/service center.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide product/service information.
- Maintain good customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Coordinate with the sales and service team to resolve customer concerns.
- Follow up with customers for feedback and ensure timely updates.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum qualification: Plus Two/Diploma/Degree.
- Prior experience in customer service/automotive sector preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude and customer-oriented approach.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
