Course Supervisor

**Job Summary**:

- **Type of role**: Part-time ( upgradable to the full-time position later)
- **Experience**: Minimum three years of teaching experience.
- **Minimum education qualification**: Graduate.
- **Required skills**: Proficiency in using computers and fluent spoken English.
- **Working days**: Monday to Saturday.
- **Work time**: 6 PM to 10 PM.
- **Location**: Work from Home.
- **Compensation**: Rs. 10,000-12,000 per month (for part-time work)
- **Duration**: Permanent job.
- **Training and Support**: All work-related training plus additional career growth-related training during the work so you can upgrade to a full-time job and later to senior positions.
- **Software or Tools Required**: We will train you in MS Office, Zoom, Google Sheets/Excel, and other custom software.
- **Career Growth Opportunities**: The current position is part-time because we first want to train people. After this, they can become a full-time class coordinator as their first promotion. Normally, this happens within 3 to 5 months. Successful staff members later get promoted to Class Supervisors and Student Success Managers.

**Equipment required for this work-from-home position**:

- Laptop/Computer in good working condition with a webcam.
- Broadband internet connection with a minimum speed of 150 Mbps.
- High-quality headphones and earphones.
- Proper working setup at home with a desk, chair and separate, noise-free space

**The day-to-day activities **of this position include:

- Daily monitoring of student batches that come to our classes in evening batches ( 6 PM to 10 PM).
- Completing data reports daily based on a simple structure.
- Supporting students and parents with resolving training difficulties students face or escalating them to senior if required.

**What results we expect**:
The accountabilities for this position are as follows (don't worry, we will train you on how to achieve these)
- Ensuring 90% attendance by 90% of students.
- Getting good feedback from parents about punctuality and stability of service.
