As a Client Relations Executive, your main focus will be tailored towards catering to the international community in different parts of the world that form our customer base. Providing them with the best products, services, and prices. You'll play a crucial role in establishing contact with inbound-outbound inquiries and connecting with clients, all while working closely with management.
**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- **Consultative Selling**: Conduct customer analysis and deliver solutions that align with both the client's objectives and Alliance's vision.
- **Relationship Management**: Forge and nurture relationships with prospective and existing clients, as well as internal colleagues and external partners.
- **Strategic Management**:Ensure our company's processes and procedures are efficiently followed.
- **Representation**: Act as a brand ambassador for Alliance, promoting our corporate visions, values, and identity.
