Sales and Marketing Representative

A Sales and Marketing Representative works to improve an organization’s market position and achieve financial growth. He/she should be strongly capable of new prospects/leads, building key customer relationships, identifying business opportunities, negotiating with prospects and closing business deals.
**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Find new prospects and convert them into potential leads
- Validate leads by following our sales qualification process
- Follow up on sent proposals and close new deals by converting potential leads into customers
- Use our sales CRM tool and update it at every step of the process
- Cold call as appropriate within your market or geographic area to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities.
- Schedule and conduct product demos with potential clients Preparing PowerPoint presentations and sales displays
- Meet potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging your network
- Coordinating with marketing team on lead generation
- Provide on-the-ground support to existing clients and be Antsglobe's POC for customers, partners and clients
- Promote product offers and campaigns to potential clients and generate maximum leads.
- Upsell/cross-sell Antsglobe's products/services to the customers/partners
- Participate on behalf of the company in corporate exhibitions and conferences
- Conduct market research about latest products that are in trend and what effective products are needed to survive in the market
- Field sales executives are also obligated to write reports and provide feedback to upper management
**Qualifications -**
Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business administration. MBA preferred.
**Experience -**
0-3 Years
**Required Skillset -**
- Knowledge of web technologies like responsive, dynamic, portals & ecommerce website and softwares like billing POS softwares, restaurant management software, hospital management software
- Experience with SaaS based product selling
- Preferred experience of sales in domestic market
- Art of negotiation & prioritization
- Ability to develop close relations with team members & customers
- Excellent communication skills in english, hindi and regional language
**Travel -**
- Compensation for public transport will be provided.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
