**Job description **:We are searching for a highly skilled and motivated Cybersecurity & Network Security Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the security, integrity, and confidentiality of our organization's data, networks, and systems.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement security protocols and measures to protect the organization's networks, systems, and data from unauthorized access, breaches, and cyber-attacks.
- Conduct regular security assessments, vulnerability testing, and penetration testing to identify potential security risks and address them proactively.
- Monitor network activity, investigate security incidents, and respond to security breaches in a timely manner.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest security threats, vulnerabilities, and industry best practices to ensure the organization maintains a strong security posture.
- Develop and maintain network security policies, procedures, and documentation to ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement security solutions that align with business objectives and requirements.
- Provide guidance and support to colleagues on security-related matters, promoting security awareness and best practices throughout the organization.
- Conduct training and awareness programs to educate employees on cybersecurity best practices and the importance of maintaining a secure work environment.
- Stay informed about emerging technologies and trends in cybersecurity, network security, and threat intelligence, and make recommendations for continuous improvement. Participate in incident response activities, including forensics analysis, containment, and recovery.
- Collaborate with external vendors and partners to assess and manage third-party security risks.
- Assist in the development and testing of disaster recovery and business continuity plans. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory requirements and ensure compliance with data protection and privacy laws.
