**Roles and Responsibilities**:
- Drive our Mental Health in Sport program: Facilitate workshops nationwide, create, and execute outreach plans.
- Conduct impactful offline and online group workshops to achieve program objectives.
- Design engaging programs and create compelling content.
- Generate insightful reports and manage data post-workshop.
- Research innovative interventions to enhance our programs.
**Qualifications**:
- A strong background in sports psychology, counseling psychology, or a related field.
- A Master’s degree or higher in Sports Psychology, Counseling Psychology, or a similar discipline.
- Experience in conducting workshops and training sessions with athletes, coaches, or sports professionals.
- Certification in mental health, sport psychology, or relevant areas is preferred.
- The ability to travel and adapt to dynamic working environments.
**Skills**:
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for working with young athletes and promoting mental well-being.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in English and Hindi.
