About Client:
A leading Manufacturing Organization

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Accurately calculate and maintain Master Stock Level (MSL) to ensure optimal inventory management.
- Initiate and manage Purchase Orders (PO) for timely procurement from vendors, ensuring adherence to quality standards and delivery timelines.
- Generate Stock Transfer Orders (STO) efficiently, facilitating seamless warehouse-to-warehouse transactions.
- Perform billing and reconciliation processes for parts, ensuring accuracy and resolving any discrepancies.
- Conduct comprehensive reconciliation activities with vendors, including Goods Receipt Note (GRN) verification, to maintain financial accuracy.
- Input and manage MSL Purchase Orders in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) or SAP systems, ensuring data integrity and consistency.
- Oversee the procurement process for imported spare parts, ensuring compliance with import regulations and timely customs clearance.
- Manage the procurement of parts that are currently not available, initiating Purchase Orders to fulfill any inventory gaps.
