Key Responsibilities

1. Making Sales Calls: Make outbound sales calls to potential customers to promote têxtile products and services.

2. Lead Generation: Generate new leads through research, referrals, and online directories.

3. Sales Conversion: Convert leads into sales opportunities by providing product information, addressing customer concerns, and negotiating sales.

4.Customer Follow-up: Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction, address concerns, and generate repeat business.

5. Reporting: Provide weekly/monthly sales reports to management, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.

6. Team Collaboration: Work closely with sales team members, sales managers, and customer service representatives to achieve sales targets.

**Requirements**:
1. Experience: 1-2 years of experience in tele sales, sales, or marketing.

2. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

3. Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers and colleagues.

4. Goal-Oriented: Results-driven with a strong focus on achieving sales targets.

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:
