**Job Title: Field Executive - QR Code Implementation (Retail Shops)**

**Location: DELHI NCR**

**Overview**:
We are looking for a motivated Field Executive to join our team and spearhead the implementation of QR code technology in retail shops. As a Field Executive, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the shopping experience by facilitating seamless transactions and providing customers with valuable information through QR codes.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Conduct comprehensive assessments of retail shop layouts to determine optimal locations for QR code placement, considering factors such as customer traffic and visibility.

2. Collaborate with store managers and owners to develop a strategic plan for QR code implementation that aligns with business objectives and enhances the overall customer experience.

3. Install and configure QR code scanners and software systems in accordance with established guidelines and protocols, ensuring seamless integration with existing POS systems.

4. Provide training sessions and educational materials to store staff on the functionality and benefits of QR code technology, addressing any questions or concerns that may arise.

5. Conduct regular testing of QR code functionality to verify accuracy and reliability, troubleshooting any issues as needed to maintain optimal performance.

6. Monitor customer engagement with QR codes and gather feedback to identify areas for improvement, making recommendations for enhancements as necessary.

7. Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in QR code technology, sharing insights and best practices with the team to drive continuous improvement.

8. Collaborate with the marketing team to incorporate QR codes into promotional campaigns and initiatives, maximizing their effectiveness in driving sales and customer engagement.

9. Maintain accurate records of QR code placements, maintenance activities, and performance metrics, providing regular reports to management on progress and outcomes.

**Qualifications**:
1. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.

2. Proven experience in implementing QR code technology in retail or similar environments, with a strong understanding of technical requirements and best practices.

3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with store managers, staff, and customers.

4. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills, capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.

5. Ability to work independently and proactively, demonstrating initiative and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.

6. Familiarity with retail industry trends and consumer behavior, with a passion for leveraging technology to enhance the shopping experience.

7. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to various store locations within the designated area.
