Job Title: Placement Coordinator

Location: Hazaribagh

**Salary**: 15000-20000/

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain relationships with prospective employers, recruiters, and industry professionals to identify job and internship opportunities for students
- Assist in creating and executing strategies to promote students to prospective employers
- Work with academic departments to identify and prioritize placement opportunities for students
- Organize and facilitate career fairs, employer visits, and other networking events to connect students with potential employers
- Collaborate with other career services staff to develop and deliver programs and services that support the career development of students

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Prior experience in career services or a related field preferred
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and database management
- Familiarity with career development theories and practices
