**Job Brief**: Client Servicing Executive

**Major Responsibilities**:

- Receive, coordinate & assign existing client requests.
- Capability to write clear creative briefs with possible insights based on client inputs for creative development.
- Quality assurance including proof-reading and ensuring that all work presented to our clients meets their specifications and brand mandates.
- Help in meeting business goals with a keen eye for opportunities to generate revenue for the firm.
- Tracking jobs delivery and timely approvals of budgets and preparation of invoices

**Qualification**
- Graduate or a Postgraduate in Marketing / Mass Communication.
- Exposure to digital platforms & with a reasonable digital footprint of himself/herself

**Skill Sets**
- Strong communication skills.
- Reading & researching abilities.
- **Good presentation skills both in development and delivery.**:

- **Proficiency in MS Powerpoint, Excel & Word is a must.**:

- Strong servicing mindset that is responsive and proactive.
- Creative thinking ability with strong attention to detail.
- Understanding of film & video production process (animation & shoot based) will be an added benefit
