**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain relationships with local and national employers to create placement opportunities for our students.
- Collaborate with faculty members to understand the skills and requirements of our students and match them with suitable job opportunities.
- Conduct career counseling sessions for students, providing guidance on resume writing, interview preparation, and professional etiquette.
- Organize and facilitate recruitment drives, job fairs, and campus placements to connect students with potential employers.
- Stay updated with industry trends and job market demands to effectively guide students in their career choices.
- Maintain accurate records of student placements and employment outcomes for reporting purposes.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Education, Business, Human Resources) or equivalent work experience.
- Previous experience in placement services or related roles is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students, employers, and faculty members.
- Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships with employers and industry professionals.
- Familiarity with resume writing, interview techniques, and job search strategies.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in using job portals, social media platforms, and other online resources for recruitment purposes.

**Salary**: ₹28,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
