Enbridg is seeking a dedicated and motivated Placement Officer to join our team. As a Placement Officer, you will play a crucial role in building and nurturing partnerships with various organizations while providing comprehensive interview training to our students. **Responsibilities**:

- Identify potential partnership opportunities businesses, industries, and organizations that align with our training programs.
- Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders in partner organizations, understanding their workforce needs and how they intersect with our students' skill sets.
- Collaborate with faculty members to align partnership opportunities with our training curriculum, ensuring relevance and applicability.
- Curate and create career development resources, materials, and online platforms to support students' career journeys and enhance their readiness for the job market.
- Design and facilitate mock interview sessions that simulate real-world job interview scenarios, helping students build confidence and refine their presentation skills.
- Offer constructive feedback and guidance to students after mock interviews, pinpointing areas for improvement and suggesting actionable strategies.
- Stay updated on the latest industry trends and evolving interview techniques, ensuring that interview training remains relevant and effective.
- Strategically match students with appropriate job openings based on their qualifications, and career aspirations, while meeting the criteria of partner organizations.
- Oversee the job placement process, including coordinating interviews, maintaining effective communication with employers, and providing continuous support to students during the selection and offer stages.
- Monitor and track student placements, gathering feedback from both students and employers to continuously enhance the placement process.
- Maintain accurate records of partnership activities, student progress, and placement outcomes using designated databases and systems.
- Generate regular reports on placement statistics, partnership growth, and student achievements, presenting these reports to management and other stakeholders as required.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in a relevant field
- Demonstrated experience in career counseling, recruitment, or related fields, preferably within vocational education or corporate environments.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills, with a proven track record of successfully establishing and nurturing partnerships.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to deliver impactful workshops, presentations, and training sessions.
- Proficiency in utilizing technology and online platforms for career development and data management.
- Solid understanding of industry trends, labor market dynamics, and effective interview techniques.
- Exceptional organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and adeptness at managing multiple tasks concurrently.
- Approachable, empathetic, and culturally sensitive, with the ability to connect effectively with students from diverse backgrounds.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
