Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome clients and visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Answer incoming calls promptly and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
- Provide accurate information about the company's services, office locations, and current property listings.
- Schedule appointments for clients and ensure proper coordination with the sales team.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area, ensuring it reflects a professional image.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Assist in administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and data entry.
- Monitor and manage office supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office maintenance and repairs.
- Assist in coordinating company events and meetings, including room bookings and catering arrangements.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
- Collaborate with other team members to provide administrative support as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar customer-facing role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a polite and professional telephone manner.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with exceptional attention to detail.
- Proficient in using office equipment such as multi-line phone systems, printers, and scanners.
- Tech-savvy with a good understanding of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
- Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to handle clients and visitors with tact and diplomacy.
- Friendly and approachable demeanor, with the ability to create a positive first impression.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Professional appearance and a neat and well-groomed presentation.
- Previous experience in the real estate industry is a plus.
