**Overview**: We are seeking a dedicated and collaborative Co-Teacher to join our dynamic educational team. The Co-Teacher will work alongside the lead teacher to create an inclusive and supportive learning environment for students. This role involves co-planning, co-instructing, and co-assessing students, with a focus on enhancing student engagement and learning outcomes.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Collaborative Planning**: Work with the lead teacher to develop lesson plans and instructional materials that align with curriculum standards and meet diverse student needs.
- **Instructional Support**: Assist in delivering lessons, providing direct instruction, and facilitating small group activities. Support the lead teacher in managing classroom dynamics.
- **Assessment and Feedback**: Help assess student progress through formal and informal assessments. Provide constructive feedback to students and assist in developing individualized learning plans.
- **Classroom Management**: Collaborate with the lead teacher to create and maintain a positive and respectful classroom environment. Support behavioral management strategies to promote student engagement.
- **Differentiation**: Implement strategies to support students with varying learning styles and abilities, including those with special needs.
- **Parent and Community Engagement**: Assist in communication with parents and guardians regarding student progress and classroom activities. Participate in school events and community outreach initiatives.
- **Professional Development**: Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with educational practices and collaborate with colleagues to enhance instructional strategies.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field (Master’s preferred)
- Previous experience in a classroom setting, preferably in a co-teaching model.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt to various learning styles and foster an inclusive classroom environment.
- Passion for student-centered learning and a commitment to educational equity.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
