The **Pre-School Teacher** will be responsible for creating a nurturing and engaging learning environment for young children, focusing on early childhood development.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Classroom Management**:

- Create a safe, positive, and stimulating classroom environment.
- Ensure the physical and emotional well-being of children while engaging them in activities.
- **Lesson Planning and Instruction**:

- Plan and implement age-appropriate learning activities that promote social, emotional, and cognitive development.
- Use creative methods to teach basic concepts through play, art, songs, and storytelling.
- **Student Development**:

- Monitor and assess children's progress in various developmental areas.
- Provide individualized attention to children, supporting their learning needs.
- **Parent Communication**:

- Maintain regular communication with parents regarding their child’s progress and behavior.
- Address any concerns or suggestions from parents.
- **Record Keeping**:

- Keep records of student progress, attendance, and behavior.

**Qualifications**:

- NTT or ECC.Ed certification required.
- 2-3 years of experience working with preschool children.
- Strong communication skills and a passion for early childhood education.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
