Danfoss is looking for a dynamic and enterprising Transformation Expert-Value Excellence who will drive excellence by imbibing “Digitalize-Automate-Integrate” through the value proposition of Cost Analysis Center to our stakeholders in Danfoss.

**Responsibilities**:

- As a core member in Value Excellence sub-function within Cost Analysis Center, drive all efforts related to DtV, Decarbonization, Digital Transformation for enabling team members to achieve cost down and Co2 reduction targets
- Coach and mentor team members and stakeholders on DtV, Decarbonization and Digital Transformation
- Lead & Drive large scale diverse, complex, cross-functional DtV Workshops for achieving low carbon products meeting cost reduction targets - deploy Digital tools for virtual workshops
- Build a strong performance management for Value Excellence with governance through-out the journey of excellence & work for continual improvement
- Steer improvements to existing tools and methods by being a Continual Improvement champion
- Gather industry best practices related to Digital Transformation, DtV and Sustainability & maintain good understanding market trend in ESG - Environment, Society, Corporate Governance

**Background & Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
- 12 - 14 years of demonstrated experience in driving and achieving business goals for Sustainability, Decarbonization, Digital Transformation, Value Engineering & Value Analysis [VAVE], New Product Development & Cost Engineering
- Must have worked in an organization/team or role where integrated focus on Decarbonization and Cost savings from products were one of main KPI using Product Cost Management and Sustainability drivers
- Core experience in incubating & delivering innovative digital solutions that have enabled business unit / organization to achieve significant Year on Year [YOY] productivity and Cost Savings across Product Development Lifecycle by integration of Cost down and Decarbonization through Digital Transformation and Automation
- Strong knowledge on manufacturing processes and best practices related to Electromechanical components & H/W based products using PCBA’s extensively
- Exposure on global sourcing of components related to Electronics, Electrical and electromechanical categories
- Change Management expert in deploying DtV - Design to Value / DfX -Design for Excellence to support businesses in moving to Low Carbon Products
- Coaching experience in guiding team members and stakeholders for adapting new tools / competencies
- Program Management experience and Project Management expert
- Strong collaboration, communication and presentation skills with the ability to deal tactfully, confidently, and ethically with both internal and external stake holders across cultures and positions in management
- Ability to manage multiple complex activities and integrate new proposals / improvements into the existing operational methods/tools/processes with a high degree of autonomy and accountability for results
- Flair for Out of Box thinking, continuous improvement and Process Excellence
- Champion in digital transformation tools / Data Analytics
- Demonstrated experience in Sustainability Engineering competencies related to Decarbonization, Design for Circularity principles in product cost down
