Position Summary:
**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare detailed drawings for schematic, tender, and Good for Construction submissions with utmost accuracy and precision.
- Prepare details with consideration for constructability and adherence to building bye-laws.
- Understand HCP's design philosophy for details and incorporate them while detailing.
- Develop a tailor-made working drawing list for each project.

**Education**:

- ITI/ Diploma Civil Draughtsman or Certification in AutoCAD/ ArchiCAD

**Experience**:

- Years: 0 to 5 years
- Industry: Architecture / Urban Design

Skills (mandatory):

- Proficiency in AutoCAD
- Good understanding of building bye-laws and constructability
- Ability to detail drawings with precision and clarity
- Ability to work in a collaborative environment
- Time and priority management
- Working knowledge of ArchiCAD, SketchUp, and Photoshop

Skills (preferred):

- Working knowledge of SketchUp and Photoshop
