Visual Designer

In this role, you'll be dedicated to empowering self-expression through engaging and inspirational content.

**Responsibilities we’ll trust you with**:

- **Graphic Design**:Create visually appealing graphics, illustrations, and layouts for store banners, product images, icons, marketing materials, posters, and digital assets.
- **User Experience**:Design user-friendly and aesthetically pleasing web interfaces, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience.
- **Software Proficiency**:Be proficient in graphic design software, including Adobe Creative Suite
(Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, or other relevant tools.
- **Project Management**: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
- **Prototyping**:Create prototypes and wireframes for web and app designs to demonstrate functionality and layout using tools like FIGMA, Adobe XD, or Invision.
- **Quality Assurance**:Ensure the final product meets the highest quality standards and is free of errors or inconsistencies.
- **Documentation**:Maintain design files and documentation for future reference and collaboration.
- **Accessibility and Inclusivity**:Ensure that designs are accessible and considerate of various audiences, including those with disabilities.

**Core Competencies**:

- **1-3 years of experience **in a fast-paced, creative environment, such as an agency, studio, magazine, or retail store as a designer.

**-Technical Skills**:

- **Graphic Design Software Proficiency:Mastery **of Adobe Creative Suite, including

Photoshop, Illustrator, and other relevant tools. Familiarity with design software such as
Figma and Sketch for digital design and prototyping.
- **User Interface (UI) and User Experience (UX) Design**:Knowledge of UI and UX design principles to create visually pleasing and user-friendly interfaces.
- **Typography**:Strong understanding of typography, including font selection, spacing, and hierarchy.
- **Color Theory**:Expertise in color theory to create visually harmonious designs and maintain brand consistency.
- **Photography and Image Editing**:Proficiency in photography and photo editing for marketing materials.
