About the Role

We are seeking a talented and creative 3D Visualizer to join our growing team and play a vital role in bringing our residential developments to life. You will be responsible for creating high-quality 3D models and renderings that showcase the beauty, functionality, and appeal of our properties for marketing and sales purposes.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with architects, designers, and marketing teams to understand project requirements and translate them into stunning 3D visualizations.
- Develop detailed and accurate 3D models of residential buildings, interiors, and surrounding landscapes using specialized software (e.g., Autodesk 3ds Max, V-Ray, SketchUp).
- Create 360° panoramic views and virtual tours to provide immersive experiences of the properties.
- Prepare high-resolution images and animations for use in marketing materials (brochures, websites, social media), presentations, and sales pitches.
- Stayup-to-date on the latest 3D visualization software and rendering techniques.
- Maintain a well-organized library of 3D assets and textures for efficient project execution.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of efficient 3D visualization workflows.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, 3D Animation, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a 3D Visualizer or a similar role.
- Strong portfolio showcasing exceptional 3D modeling and rendering skills.
- Proficiency in 3D modeling software (Autodesk 3ds Max, SketchUp, Revit a plus).
- Experience with rendering engines like V-Ray or Corona Renderer is a plus.
- Excellent understanding of architectural and design principles.
- Strong visual sense and an eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines effectively.
- Problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn new technologies.
