SIFF Ventures is an educational initiative offering two distinct platforms: SIFF Young

Artiste and PARIKSHE. SIFF Young Artiste offers online learning in arts education

across classical and contemporary art forms in vocals, dance, and instrumental,

catering to beginners and advanced learners alike.PARIKSHE provides high-quality

bilingual (Kannada-plus-English) educational content tailored for students preparing for

the Karnataka State Board SSLC Exam.

SIFF Ventures prioritizes accessibility and affordability of quality educational content,

empowering students to excel academically and artistically.

**About the Opportunity**

A 3-year Memorandum of Understanding with the Samagra Shikshana Karnataka (SSK)

mandates taking SIFF Young Artiste Programs into government schools across the

state beginning with 10 districts in the upcoming academic year and gradually covering

all 37 districts across Karnataka. The Outreach Manager will be in charge of leading and

coordinating the program implementation across the state.The role will require regular

travel to different districts in Karnataka.

**Responsibilities**:
We are looking for a self-motivated individual who will be performing the following roles:

- Develop, implement, track, and optimize a strategic plan aligned with the scope and

focus of the project
- Collaborate with SSK, district, block, and school-level authorities for the

implementation of the program.
- Build and sustain strategic partnerships with partner organizations.
- Collect & analyze program data, ensure high quality of the data collected through

periodic checks, and write reports & case studies
- Measures and reports the performance of all outreach campaigns and assesses

against goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Conduct regular field visits to schools to understand the needs/challenges of

stakeholders, gather insights/stories, and support the team in improving the program's

effectiveness.
- Conduct support sessions for facilitators across the state.
- Collaborates with internal teams to optimize user experience.
- Undertake effective monitoring and evaluation of the program.
- Coordinate the outreach and implementation efforts toward program outcomes
- Travel extensively weekly to get schools to sign up and adopt the SIFF Offerings.

**Qualifications and Experiential Requirements**
- 1-2 years of relevant work experience in the education sector/NGO.
- **Knowledge of Kannada (Read and Write) is a must.**
- Knowledge of basic Technical requirements for program delivery.
- Prior experience working with government stakeholders is preferred but not

mandatory.
- Familiarity and prior experience in building partnerships with NGOs are preferred.

stakeholders, and partner organizations
- Ability to coordinate projects at scale and ensure successful implementation.
- Goodpresentation skills.
- Ownership and self-drive is a must.
- Beable to work independently and work collaboratively with teams.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Adaptability: the ability to handle change and work in a dynamic environment.

**Location**

Bengaluru at SIFF Office (with regular travel to different districts of Karnataka)

**Compensation**

4-6 LPA (as per experience, negotiable)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
