This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Trainee(Freshers) and experience - Sales at UPVC Window & Door ,The role will involve overseeing sales operations, developing business plans, maintaining customer service standards, and utilizing analytical skills to drive business growth.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth.
- Lead and manage the sales and marketing team, setting clear goals and performance metrics.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients
- Oversee market research, customer feedback, and competitor analysis to identify opportunities.
- Coordinate with the product and service teams to ensure alignment with market demands.
- Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, marketing initiatives, and KPIs to senior management.
- Conduct sales presentations and promotional activities to boost brand visibility and sales.
- Monitor and optimize the effectiveness of campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed.
- Foster collaboration between sales, marketing, and other departments to achieve business targets.
