**Job Description**:
Epiq is a leading provider of legal process outsourcing, eDiscovery, and managed review services. The Operations Assistant will work closely with DRS Recruiting, Service Delivery, Continuous Improvement Human Resources, Information Technology and Payroll. Human Resources to support the intake of new projects throughout North America. Exceptional service to Epiq’s limited duration employees (LDEs) and clients is of highest priority, and should always be the goal of all tasks, from commencement through completion.

Key responsibilities:

- Onboard and offboard LDEs into Epiq’s databases.
- Assist with the creation of all job orders in Bullhorn (web-based applicant tracking program).
- Rehire and hire LDE’s in Workday.
- Validate jurisdictional bar verifications.
- Add/ create intake forms for existing Job Orders in Bullhorn.
- Update LDE placements and status in Bullhorn.
- Work with recruiters and HR to procure all onboarding documentation.
- Process Assignment Ends.
- Ensure Bullhorn remains up to date and accurate.
- Update Job Order and LDE/FTE skill coding information in Bullhorn.
- Add resumes to Bullhorn.
- Transfer applicable information from Workday to Bullhorn.
- Enter Combined Tracker information into Bullhorn.
- Various other ad hoc Bullhorn and Workday tasks.
- Complete the monthly bar check report.
- Assist with the mass hire.
- Compile data points for various reports.
- Handle IT ad hoc tasks such as password resets and login assistance etc.
- Aid in various ad hoc non billable Service Delivery tasks.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Willingness to jump in and assist the team with all projects, in a timely and professional manner.
- Prior experience working in a fast-paced corporate office setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Strong comfort level with computers and the ability to learn new programs quickly.
- The ability to work 40 hours per week, and the flexibility to occasionally come in early or stay late as needed/authorized.
- Advanced Excel and or Power BI skills.
- Customer service experience.
