International Voice Process Executive

**Job Title: Voice Process - International** **Location: Madurai**

**Description** EIBS is seeking a proactive and results-driven **Business Development Executive (BDE)** to join our team in the **Voice Process (International)** domain. In this role, you will play a key part in expanding our client base and enhancing relationships with existing international clients. You will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, promoting EIBS’s products and services, and ensuring client satisfaction through effective communication. **Responsibilities**
- Drive business development initiatives by managing both inbound and outbound calls to generate new leads and opportunities.
- Engage with international clients to promote EIBS’s products and services, ensuring a clear understanding of customer needs and delivering tailored solutions.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients to increase customer retention and satisfaction.
- Handle customer inquiries professionally, offering detailed product information, troubleshooting support, and solutions to resolve any issues.
- Document all interactions and transactions with clients, ensuring accurate and timely updates in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop strategies for improving customer service and business development efforts.
- Meet and exceed sales targets, performance goals, and customer satisfaction metrics.
- Provide valuable feedback to the management team based on customer insights, market trends, and potential business opportunities.
- Stay updated on EIBS's product offerings and industry trends to effectively communicate with clients and provide informed solutions.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a Business Development or Sales role, particularly in a voice process or customer service setting, with international exposure preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills, with a strong command of English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- Ability to effectively engage and build relationships with clients from diverse backgrounds and cultures.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with the ability to close deals and generate new business opportunities.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment while maintaining a customer-first attitude.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering solutions and managing client concerns.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate international clients across various time zones.
- A goal-oriented mindset, with a passion for business development, customer service, and achieving sales targets.
