This position is based in Bengaluru and will require some on-site work.

**Purpose and Scope**:
You will work directly within and across delivery teams in a decentralized global agile operating model, using your knowledge, expertise, and quick learning to stay ahead and teach others in the fast-evolving Microsoft tool ecosystem. You will be at the forefront of implementing innovative solutions and will have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge technologies.

**Essential Job Responsibilities**:
Architecting SharePoint Online apps and custom workflows, as well as Connections, Power Automate, Power Apps, Copilot Studio, Enterprise Search. ckly learning others.

Architecting the integration of custom SharePoint and Power Automate with other platforms such as CRM or ERP systems. Developing custom Azure function and Azure Logic App workflows for SharePoint sites as per business requirements.

Developing architecture roadmaps, blueprints and capability models, and acting as a strategic consultant and advisor on M365 use cases, adoption and value realisation.

Providing technical oversight for custom/citizen-led development in SharePoint, MS365/Power Automate/Power Apps/Connections/Copilot Studio/Enterprise Search.

Increasing tools’ adoption through evangelizing platform capabilities/benefits and conducting training sessions.

Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members within the subdivision and across other digital and business units.

Continuous Learning: Engage in continuous learning and professional development to stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies in a specific area of expertise.

Innovation: Contribute innovative ideas and approaches to enhance project outcomes and digital capabilities.

Problem-Solving: Employ analytical and problem-solving skills to overcome project challenges and deliver effective solutions.

Quality Assurance: Ensure the highest quality and consistency in the work delivered.

**Qualifications** **Required**

Bachelor's degree in relevant field, e.g., Computer Science, Data Science.

Relevant Microsoft architecture and engineering certifications.

Solid experience of solution architecture frameworks, methods and approaches gained in a scaled agile environment.

7+ years of demonstrated architecture and engineering experience (development and configuration) in a Microsoft 365 tool stack, such as SharePoint/Power Automate/Power Apps/Connections/Copilot Studio/Enterprise Search).

Demonstrated quick learning and being able to train others in new features and tools.

Proficiency in SharePoint development,.NET, Azure tools, Visual Studio Code. Knowledge of CSS, HTML 5, UI/UX design principles, and Angular.

Working knowledge of most of the following: Web parts, User Store, Workflows, Master pages as well as Business Connectivity Services, Page Layouts, PowerShell, Azure Logic Apps, Azure functions, Nintex forms & workflows.

Scripting skills with PowerShell, some JavaScript code snippets or C# scripts or Python

Working knowledge of jQuery. Understanding or relational databases and SQL.

Knowledge of Agile and DevOps ways of working. Experience in using Azure DevOps for continuous integration, continuous delivery, pipelines, and version control.

Ability to collaborate effectively with development, operations, security teams, business users, software vendors, and other external agencies.

Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices for security, scalability, and reliability.

Excellent communication and senior stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, both written and verbal.

Agile and adaptable to changing environments and project scopes.

**Preferred**
- Experience in life sciences or pharmaceuticals is helpful but not essential.
