Roles and Responsibilities:

- **Machine Operation**:

- Set up and operate up burring machines to remove burrs and sharp edges from sheet metal, machined parts, or fabricated components.
- Adjust machine settings, such as speed, pressure, and blade configuration, to achieve the desired finish.
- **Quality Assurance**:

- Inspect parts before and after the deburring process to ensure smooth finishes and adherence to specifications.
- Identify and report defects or irregularities in parts or materials.
- **Material Handling**:

- Load and position parts onto the machine or workbench securely to facilitate safe and efficient operations.
- Sort and organize finished parts for further processing or packaging.
- **Tool and Equipment Maintenance**:

- Perform routine maintenance on the up burring machine, including cleaning and lubrication.
- Replace worn-out tools or blades to maintain consistent performance and quality.
- **Process Optimization**:

- Monitor machine performance and suggest adjustments to improve efficiency and output.
- Work with the production team to streamline the deburring process and reduce cycle times.
- **Safety Compliance**:

- Follow all workplace safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Ensure that the work area is free from hazards and report any safety concerns to the supervisor.
- **Documentation**:

- Maintain records of processed parts, machine settings, and material usage.
- Report daily production metrics and highlight any issues encountered during operations.
- **Collaboration and Teamwork**:

- Coordinate with quality control, production, and maintenance teams to ensure seamless workflow.
- Provide feedback or suggestions for process improvement and assist team members as needed.
- **Training and Development**:

- Assist in training new operators on machine operation and safety procedures.
- Stay updated on new techniques, tools, or machinery relevant to the role.
- **Troubleshooting**:

- Identify and resolve minor mechanical or operational issues with the up burring machine.
- Notify maintenance teams of significant problems requiring advanced technical intervention.

Skills and Qualifications:

- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in operating up burring or similar deburring machines.
- **Attention to Detail**: Ability to detect and correct surface imperfections or sharp edges effectively.
- **Physical Stamina**: Capability to handle repetitive tasks and lift medium to heavy parts.
- **Safety Awareness**: Knowledge of safety practices in a manufacturing or workshop setting.
- **Experience**: Prior experience in metal finishing or a related field is preferred.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
