As part of our mission, we are seeking a talented and creative **Product Packaging Designer** who shares our passion for beauty, sustainability, and aesthetics.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design and develop innovative and visually appealing packaging for skincare products, ensuring alignment with the brand’s identity and aesthetic values.
- Collaborate with the product development, marketing, and branding teams to create packaging that communicates the brand’s story and product benefits.
- Ensure the packaging design is functional, user-friendly, and adheres to industry standards for durability and sustainability.
- Research and select materials that are eco-friendly, cost-effective, and suitable for skincare product packaging.
- Prepare 3D mock-ups, prototypes, and final production files for packaging suppliers and manufacturers.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest trends in packaging design, materials, and sustainability practices within the skincare industry.
- Work closely with vendors and suppliers to ensure packaging specifications are met and timelines are followed.
- Conduct market research to understand consumer preferences and industry trends, using insights to inform packaging concepts.
- Ensure all packaging complies with legal regulations and guidelines (e.g., labeling, ingredient information).

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Packaging Designer, preferably within the beauty, skincare, or cosmetic industry.
- Strong portfolio showcasing packaging design work, with an emphasis on beauty or skincare products.
- Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and 3D modeling tools.
- Knowledge of sustainable packaging materials and practices.
- Ability to create designs that balance aesthetics with practicality and cost-efficiency.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers.
- Understanding of market trends and consumer preferences in skincare and beauty products.

**Nice to Have**:

- Experience in sustainable packaging design.
- Knowledge of packaging engineering or structural design.
- Familiarity with printing processes and packaging production techniques.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
