Responsibilities:

- Create engaging visual content for social media platforms, specifically tailored to the packaging industry.
- Design eye-catching graphics, illustrations, and animations to showcase products, services, and promotions.
- Collaborate with marketing and content teams to conceptualize and execute effective social media campaigns.
- Ensure brand consistency and adherence to style guidelines across all social media assets.
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate innovative design elements to enhance social media presence.
- Optimize graphics for various social media platforms and monitor performance metrics to improve engagement.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a graphic designer, preferably within the packaging industry or related field.
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, attention to detail, and ability to create compelling visual content.
- Understanding of social media platforms and their respective design requirements.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design or a related field (preferred).
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
