As a Sales Representative at Innojar Tech Pvt Ltd, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, building and maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. You will play a key role in driving our company's success by expanding our customer base and increasing revenue.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
- Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.
