Job Responsibilities

1. To ensure manufacturing activities on shop floor.

2. To prepare and execute day to day production planning and maintain GMP and safety practice of individual section of manufacturing

3. To supervise the work to the operator and complete the production as per plan.

4. To inform requirement of consumable of machines and raise indent to seniors.

5. To ensure maintenance and preventive maintenance of machines and equipment’s in individual section

6. To ensure GMP compliance in manufacturing department for all audits observations (Internal/External Audits)

7. To participate to carry out investigation of market complaints and process validation activity with QA.

8. To participate to carry out investigation with reference to lower yield and abnormalities during manufacturing.

9. To ensure about the personnel’s health for any type of contagious diseases, skin lesions, open wounds etc. and inform to superiors in case of any type causality in the department.

10. To supervise the manufacturing process, cleaning process and update stage wise entries as mentioned in batch manufacturing records and other relevant records

11. To ensure that status labels during manufacturing and follow corrective and preventive action

12. To update logbooks and maintain online records.

13. To give suggestions with reference to cost saving/ productivity improvement in yield and better working.

14. In absence, charge shall be hand over to the designee.

15. Any other task assigned by Reporting Manager/Seniors.

16. Functional Reporting shall be as per Departmental organogram

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
